“I’m really thrilled to launch my single. I wrote it for my late father, who was really special to me. It was great to work with Alvin Davis. He has a wealth of experience, is a fantastic saxophonist, and a dream to work with!”

Maestro saxophonist, Alvin Davis brilliantly executes the signature and opening melody, to introduce Light of Love, with its vibrant and uplifting lyrics, ‘Silver moon, magic moon, shine your light on me’!

Light of Love is a wonderful, heart-warming ‘rocksteady-jazz’ tune; evoking memories of yesteryear, whilst delivering a positive message for today, with its themes of guidance, love and hope. Described by Laura as a love song and a prayer (the moon being an analogy for God), Light of Love certainly delivers the ‘feel good’.

Light of Love was produced by Alvin Davis, and was mixed and mastered by Paul Horton.

Light of Love dropped on 4 February 2022 and is available on all major digital platforms.
